A description of a Lady - Angela Charles

September 2010

Her approach was straightforward but not in any way threatening – I was concerned as to what this woman would be like in person having heard her praised by so many who already knew her.

She made me feel immediately at ease, looking me full in the face calmly while I stumbled over my story – she was patient when I became confused and gave me time to express myself – making sure I knew what she was saying in her clear, measured tones. I felt confident and was aware that she could teach me a great deal. As I got to know her better, I never minded her criticism which was always constructive.
